Insights & Marketing

  • Research, conduct interviews, and summarize justice topics with clear citations.
  • Draft & edit content, including articles, social media, newsletters, and graphics.
  • Publish on website and socials with fact-checked insight.

Human Resources

  • Manage volunteer applications, onboarding, and organization.
  • Maintain policies, SOPs, and answer questions.
  • Support team culture through contests, community-building events, and scheduling.

Growth

  • Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Search Engine Optimization (SEO/AI GEO)
  • Audit website and track performance.
  • Make ads and run campaigns.
  • Collaborate across departments to build and promote projects.

Technology

  • Execute new projects and initiatives with product owners.
  • Perform website maintenance, improve security, troubleshoot, and perform CMS updates.
  • Ensure website meets standards for SEO, UX, & UI

Step 1

Schedule your intro (20 min) – check your email for a scheduling link with a coordinator and pick a time.

Step 3

Decision & next steps – we’ll email you afterwards; if it’s a fit, you’ll join a remote squad, get added to Slack, and partake in weekly check-ins.

  • Provide once-a-week coaching calls consisting of career guidance, homework, advice, and project support for mentee.
  • Design and execute a 90-day roadmap for your mentee to complete 1 strategic project to showcase on their resume, LinkedIn, and portfolio.
  • Join our mentor community on Slack to answer intern questions about projects.
  • Share career development opportunities with your mentee and witness their growth.
